The Asia-Pacific Regional Space Agency Forum (APRSAF) is the largest space-related conference in the Asia-Pacific region, gathering space agencies, governmental bodies, international organizations, private companies, universities, and research institutes from over 40 countries and regions.

From 18 to 21 November 2025, the 31st APRSAF will be held in Cebu, Philippinesco-organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and the Philippines Space Agency (PhilSA). Under the theme “Empowering the Region through Space Ecosystems in Action”, this annual meeting will serve as a platform for discussing space-related advancements and fostering collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region.

On the morning of 18th November, ESPI and JAXA will jointly organize the 5th edition of the Interregional Space Policy Dialogue between Europe and the Asia-Pacific focusing on the topic of lunar exploration. ESPI Associate Manager and Lead on International Engagement, Marco Aliberti, will participate.
