ESPI Evening Event, Diversity as a Growing Priority for International Organisations (20.02.2019)

About this Evening Event:

Diversity is not only a moral need to support minorities or a legal requirement for equal treatment and non-discrimination, but it also represents an opportunity and an asset for many – if not all – institutions. As our societies have become more diverse today than ever before, focusing on and strongly committing to the promotion of the values of diversity becomes compelling.

In this evening event, organised by ESPI with the support of ESA, speakers from major international organisations will discuss the case for greater diversity, and the challenges and opportunities related to increasing women’s involvement in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields, as well as enhancing gender balance and diverse representation in international organisations.
