The 2023 Seoul Defence Dialogue will take place this year from 17 – 19 October.

ESPI Director, Hermann Ludwig Moeller, will participate and give a speech titled, “Ensuring Space Sustainability, Developing Space Security and Defense Space Cooperation”.
