The event builds upon the success of the 3rd ESA Security Conference, hosted in Warsaw under the auspices of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the EU in April 2025. In the context of the upcoming preparation of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2028-2034, and a month ahead of the 2025 ESA Council at Ministerial Level, this event will provide a key opportunity to present a broad European initiative towards better harnessing the dual-use potential of space for security from a capability, institutional, and industrial point of view.
