Third Budapest conference on space law and policy

On 4 December 2025, the third Budapest conference on space law and policy will take place under the theme “European space ambitions at a time of change”

The aim of the conference is to provide a high-level international forum for academics, policymakers, industry leaders, and representatives of international organisations to exchange ideas, share research findings, and discuss current challenges and opportunities in the evolving landscape of European space governance. The event seeks to foster dialogue between different sectors and disciplines, promoting a deeper understanding of how Europe can strengthen its position as a global space actor.

Senior researcher and lead on European engagement, Tomas Hrozensky will give a keynote speech at the event.
