On 11 November, the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI) organised and hosted its second media roundtable, in cooperation with the German Space Agency at DLR, in Berlin, Germany.
The roundtable took place under the theme “ESA CM25 and Beyond – Germany’s Role in Europe in Space” and convened speakers and participants to discuss the strategic importance of space. Amid preparations for the European Space Agency’s Ministerial at Council Level under the German Presidency and Germany’s €35 billion space defence budget, discussions focused on Europe’s ambitions as a space power, transatlantic cooperation, and the competitiveness of its industry and SMEs.
