Flexible working conditions – We provide our staff with allowance of up to Home Office days and Mobile Working days from a location of choice, as well as possibility to adjust part of daily working hours to personal preferences (core and flexible hours).

Additional vacation days – In additional to the annual leave duration of 25 days as per the Austrian law, every year ESPI offers additional days of paid vacation days to its employees.
